About Espial

COMPANY

Espial is the result of a life serving Australia and its interests. We bring together experts in the fields of safety and security, situation and threat awareness, environment appreciation, decision-making and personal survivability, to enhance organisational capacity, capability and efficiency. Our people value your contribution to the national interest.

The Team

Military, policing, intelligence, homeland security… these are domains we have all been involved in, but the team is much more than a badge.

Our team ride motorbikes through some of the most spectacular and hostile terrain on earth; they farm; they produce champion horses; they raise their kids and welcome grandchildren; they devote their time and money helping veterans rediscover themselves; they are aspiring doctors, entrepreneurs, and craftsmen. They ski, run, cycle, climb, swim, paddle, trek, jump, fish and hunt. They are all these things and more, and all are driven by a desire to give back to a country that has given so much.

“Espial had a point of difference. They really engaged with us to understand what we were dealing with and how that impacted our people and capability. No jargon, no frills, only results.”

Values

We value your role. We appreciate that maintaining capability can often be impacted by an accumulation of many things: personnel turnover, budget, risk, geopolitics, criminal thresholds, and so much more. We rely upon the best parts of our collective experiences to work through your opportunities and challenges.

We are good at what we do because we value what you do.

Culture

Innovate each project with no exceptions.

We challenge the status quo to discover new ideas and methods for conducting business. Everything we do comes from an individual experience with the client learning what they do, how they do it and what they do it with. Every solution is based upon an outcome.

01

Build things that inspire people.

Inspiration and the national interest don’t always gel. We think they should. We believe inspiring people to look at things differently, to look forward, and to capitalise on their strengths, is a pillar of enhancing capability.

02

Always overdeliver to our clients.

Our team never achieved the mission by setting the bar as low as required. We always aim to give more than needed and leave an enduring legacy so that your capability is ahead of the curve when needed.
